How to Install SafeDrop

  1. Locate the Installation Cutting Template in the SafeDrop product box.
  2. Find a section on the wall or garage door that provides ample space for the Installation Cutting Template to fit.
  3. Center the provided Installation Cutting Template on the section and mark where to cut. 
  4. Using sheetmetal cutters, cut a hole following the marks previously made using the Installation Cutting Template. 
  5. Slide the SafeDrop door frame into the hole.
  6. Starting at the top corner closest to the SafeDrop hinge, secure the frame to the rear of the garage door using a provided L-shaped bracket and screw. 
  7. Repeat for all 10 screws.
  8. To program the keypad, follow the instructions on the template. 
  9. Connect to apps using the provided QR codes on the template.
